I, the undersigned, hereby grant the Marcos de Niza 20-Year Reunion Committee and its representatives the irrevocable right and permission to use my name, image, likeness, and any statements made by me during the event in photographs, videos, or other media captured during the Marcos de Niza 20-Year High School Reunion. I understand and agree that these materials may be used for promotional purposes, including but not limited to social media, event marketing, and other related uses. I acknowledge that the Marcos de Niza 20-Year Reunion Committee will not provide any monetary compensation for the use of my name, image, likeness, or statements. I waive any right to inspect or approve the finished product, including written or electronic copy, wherein my likeness appears. I also waive any right to royalties or other compensation arising or related to the use of my name, image, likeness, or statements.
